This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions purchased on dhyantodestiny.com, operated by AIANTARDARPAN LLP (LLPIN: ACR-7425).
1. Free Trial — No Charge
- All new subscribers receive a 7-day free trial upon sign-up.
- No payment is collected during the trial period.
- If you cancel before the trial ends, you owe nothing and your access closes at the end of the 7 days.
- After 7 days, your plan auto-converts to a paid monthly subscription.
2. Refund Eligibility After First Charge
- A full refund is available if you request it within 7 days of your first charge (the day the trial converts to paid).
- Refund requests received after 7 days from the charge date will not be eligible for a refund for that billing cycle.
- Subsequent monthly renewals follow the same policy — refund requests must be made within 7 days of each charge.
3. Digital Product — No Physical Returns
Dhyan to Destiny is a 100% digital subscription service. All content (guided meditations, audio tracks, breathwork programs, etc.) is delivered electronically. There is no physical product to return. Return-of-goods policies do not apply.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Refund requests made more than 7 days after the charge date for that cycle.
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- Charges for periods already consumed where the 7-day window has passed.
- Promotional or discounted subscription periods (unless otherwise stated in the promotion).
5. How to Request a Refund
Step 2. Include in your email:
• Your registered email address
• Transaction / Order ID (from your payment confirmation email)
• Brief reason for the refund request
Step 3. We will review and respond within 2 business days.
Step 4. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank processing times may vary).
6. Currency & Processing
- Refunds for Indian subscribers (INR) are processed via Razorpay or PhonePe to the original payment method.
- Refunds for international subscribers (USD) are processed via PayPal or international card networks.
- Currency exchange losses, if any, are not borne by AIANTARDARPAN LLP.
