Welcome to Dhyan to Destiny ("Platform", "Service"), a digital guided-audio meditation and personal-transformation subscription service operated by AIANTARDARPAN LLP (LLPIN: ACR-7425), a limited liability partnership registered in India.

By accessing or subscribing to dhyantodestiny.com you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. About the Service

Dhyan to Destiny is a digital subscription platform providing:

• Guided audio meditation sessions (categorised by mood, goal, and language)
• Healing frequency tracks (Solfeggio, binaural beats, Vedic mantras)
• Manifestation tools, visualisation scripts, and breathwork programs
• Sleep stories, emotional elevation sessions, and personalised programs
• Personalized spiritual guidance and journaling features

All content is delivered digitally via the website and Progressive Web App (PWA). No physical goods are shipped.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe independently.
• Users aged 13–17 may access the Service only with explicit written consent and oversight of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on their behalf.
• Children under 13 are not permitted to use the Service.
• By subscribing you represent that you meet the eligibility requirements above.

3. Subscription Plans & Pricing

Access to premium content requires an active subscription. Pricing varies by region:

4. Free Trial

• New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial upon sign-up.
• No charge is made during the trial period.
• A valid payment method must be provided to activate the trial.
• If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
• After 7 days, your subscription automatically converts to a paid monthly plan at the applicable rate.

5. Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the billing anniversary date.
• You will be charged the applicable monthly rate unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time via your account settings or by writing to support@dhyantodestiny.com.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain access until that date.
• We do not charge cancellation fees.

6. Refund Policy

• No charge during the 7-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends for zero cost.
• A full refund is available if requested within 7 days of the first charge after trial conversion.
• No refund is issued after 7 days of the billing cycle for that period.
• As a digital content service, partially used subscription periods are non-refundable beyond the above window.
• Refund requests: email support@dhyantodestiny.com with your registered email and order ID.

7. User Obligations

By using the Service you agree to:

• Use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Not copy, redistribute, resell, or sublicense any audio content, scripts, or other materials from the Platform.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or access the Service by automated means without authorisation.
• Not upload or transmit any harmful, illegal, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
• Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to guided meditations, frequency audio tracks, scripts, visualisations, app design, logos, branding, and written materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of AIANTARDARPAN LLP or its licensors.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No ownership or rights beyond this licence are transferred.

9. Health Disclaimer

• The Platform is not a medical service and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice.
• Content is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
• If you have a diagnosed mental health condition, cardiovascular condition, epilepsy, or other medical condition, consult your healthcare provider before using audio frequency or breathwork content.
• AIANTARDARPAN LLP accepts no liability for any adverse effects resulting from use of the Platform.

10. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways (PhonePe, Razorpay, PayPal). AIANTARDARPAN LLP does not store card or bank account details. By providing payment information you agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIANTARDARPAN LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to provide advance notice for planned outages.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Platform. In such cases, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chandigarh, India.
